She uses local, seasonal, and organic produce whenever possible. Meats, poultry and fish are raised humanely without the use of hormones and antibiotics.
She avoids processed ingredients like msg, high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, artificial flavors and artificial colors.
Her food is real and made from scratch.

Meiganne graduated from The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City in 2002. She has worked in NYC’s top restaurants, catering companies and as a food stylist on the TV Food Network.
She lives in Glen Rock, NJ with her husband, Luis and their 3 children.
